Delivery & Returns

We want all our customers to be satisfied with the quality of our goods and service. We pride ourselves in delivering quality products at exceptionally low prices.

Before placing your order, you should satisfy yourself on the details of the items you have in your basket. Fabric and wood samples can be provided on request to ensure you are happy with the choice(s) you are making, ordering furniture in specific finishes and fabrics is done so entirely at your own risk.

Goods may only be returned if they are unused, unassembled, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.

Discount Office Furniture reserves the right to charge a handling fee for items cancelled or returned when orders were placed in error or not wanted. This will be deducted from any refund given

You should also satisfy yourself that the items of furniture you are purchasing fit in the space you have available as we charge a 30% re-stocking fee to cover the administrative costs of returning items. Any items made to order are non- returnable.



All furniture deliveries are completed with at least a kerb side drop, this means your items will be delivered to the nearest point possible to the front door of the building without restrictions. Some couriers will take into the building, but this is limited to insurance restrictions.

Should you require a position delivery i.e. taking to a floor or room of choice, this needs to be arranged with our sales team by calling 0151 289 4452. Dependant on type and quantities of items, this may incur a separate charge.

Pallet deliveries may be made by an articulated vehicle. The buyer must notify the seller of any access restrictions at the time of order via phone. Failure on the buyer’s part may result in additional charges incurred for failed delivery due to access restrictions.



All damaged items must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Images maybe requested; this is so we can then pass them onto the couriers responsible. We will endeavour to replace the damaged items on a next day delivery service, but collection of the damaged items may be slightly longer. Should the damage be reported outside of these terms we may not be able to provide a replacement item.



Any furniture items which are received and not in full working order will be replaced free of charge. On some occasions we may send an engineer to fix the problem, this will be at our expense.


No longer required

We can only accept returns on furniture items if the original packaging has not been opened, damaged or torn. Items returned which have clearly been opened will result in the item being returned to you and a refund not provided. We are unable to resell any furniture that has been opened or built.

Made to order items are non-returnable.

All furniture returns are chargeable and will be only accepted within 14 days.
